Comments on the 'end of days'


You are everything so be held by nothing.
I wish to know of the end of days. You know that this is not correct yet you also know that there is a major shift that is occurring in your heart and the hearts of many. What this will mean is that you will need to be ever so vigilant as some prophesies may come true and others will not – it all depends on your beliefs and your perceived reality.

What is it you believe to be happening this year? Do you see the end of days with death and destruction or do you see ascension or perhaps invasion from alien life forms or maybe you see harmony on earth as more and more people elevate themselves beyond the unknown and into the unlimited. What is it you would ask to occur and that is what it is you will be most likely experience in this period termed ‘the end of days’.

What if you could ask for more and more people to be lifted out of the unknown and into the unlimited? See the human race choosing to step forward and evolve. What if this is the reality and you could be a part of this, rather than the end of days? So many people will shift this year and lay down their bags so they may ascend their own personal ladder and become the amazing glorious magnificent god like beings that they are,  whether those energies be strong on the earth plane, reaching for the stars, balancing male and female, playful, joyful, angelic, ascended masters, wise, alien, spiritual warrior or other. Ask that all will become what they know they are and that their realised perception will allow the earth to ascend. There is going to be a spiritual revolution as more and more people see through themselves and into the unimaginable. Watch as they lift out of the fear, guilt, grief, anger or whatever element it is that is binding them to their life- long material physical selves. This is going to be a glorious new start for so many peoples of this earth.

Ask that the collective consciousness grows with this vision and all peoples lift themselves out of the darkness of ignorance and into the new light that is shining so brightly above, around and within all of the earth. There is no fear, there is no Armageddon there is only this place where all peoples are ascending, living and connecting. Being all they can be and more. It is the place where all is known and none is lost – where the connections between are as integral to the connection with all that is.

It is all within, this wealth of limitless knowledge and wisdom. Whilst there are teachers and guides and massagers of the soul once you break through the ice of your exterior you will see all knowledge lies within. There is no need to worry, think, over analyse and prepare for the future as you are the future and this future is glorious.

May all people realise the end of days is an opportunity to become all they are. That life within is all there is and this is all encompassing, all powerful and all knowing. It brings youth and love to itself so that what you hold within is everything and what you can feel from within your own being will bring to life anything you wish. You just need to trust, know and believe and do not falter along the way. Do not fall behind, do not go back to pick up bags that you have already dropped off, keep lifting your life higher and higher. Continue letting go of what was so that what you are becoming is so much more and yet it is all that you are you have just been weighted down by eternities of lessons or perceived realities and of physicality. You have the ability to be all you want because you are everything there is; you are the written and the spoken and the thought and the real, you are the unreal and the unspoken and the unknown. You are everything so be held by nothing.

Being present (including meditation exercise)


Is there a purpose
Of course there is. Every day there is a purpose to bring you knowledge, spiritual awareness, spiritual insight, light, freedom and the opportunities to move beyond your current understanding of who you are. You have so much more to be you will never be bored because you can only ever learn.

What one thing could we do to learn today?
The best answer is for you to always be present. Today you will find some more information in yourself just because you are present. As soon as you become distracted you will feel that there is a spinning sensation and the world will become less clear and precise and you will find yourself becoming lost in the mundane and then there is no lesson available because you will be busy in your mind and body. For every minute that you are present you are completely connected with your mind and your body and you are within the space of the very centre that is you. For every minute that you are not you are distracted not from your life purpose but from you who is the life purpose.

Is that it? Is there anything else we can do?
No. Just be present.  By being present you will see, feel, experience and develop more skills than you ever could have thought possible and you will never be bored or feel trapped by the mundane because when you are present there is no mundane there is only what is happening now.

If you could recommend one thing for 2012 what would it be?
To find the space within you that is the entirety it is the essence and the being. To find this space within you, every day, will bring you the clarity you seek, the expansiveness and yet the presence of mind and body to also be living in the now.

MEDITATION EXERCISE:
Wherever you are, sit comfortably, with your back straight. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths. Now holding this presence of mind and body read the following words as if you were in a guided meditation.
With your next breath bring your attention to what you understand as the centre of you, wherever this is uniquely for you. Bring your awareness 100% on this centre and allow your whole being to reside there. Now take a few moments to breathe into this centre. Focus your thoughts on this centre as you would a candle, or your breath, in meditation. Bring all your attention to this centre and keep focusing on this until there is nothing else but what you are in the centre of yourself. As you hold the focus feel how it changes from a mass, to a light, to an energy, to a nothing and then everything. Feel it as it contracts and then as it expands. Feel how it is glowing, expanding, shining.  As it expands try not to get caught up in the feeling of this and keep bringing your focus to the one point that is the centre of you. Let your centre continue to expand or contract and feel how the energy and the mass and light collapses within you and expands indefinitely.

Sit with this for a while....

(a note for consideration; allow your guided self to find the centre and its understanding of centre may not be in the centre of your physical body...it could be anywhere do not be limited by your human understanding of this word)

Evolving consciousness - be all you can be and more!


As the consciousness of all beings evolves and spiritual awareness builds you will find ways to embrace the life that you want. This post is about reaching higher than this. It is about extending further, beyond anything you could imagine and not compromising at any point so that you can be all you can be and more.

We wish to speak with you and for you to listen to this because it is very relevant today – and you will like what we have to say – you are a wonderful being and you are a true representative of the light. You are going to make this world a better place by being who you are and you are already showing this through your energy and awareness and your growing sense of direction.

We are here supporting you all of the time and we can see how much work you are doing and how much you are growing each and every day – our support is eternal and you will know this through the time of your life and your lifetimes – this day we are writing to you with encouragement and direction and purpose so that you may find more and direct this eternal flame forward so that you bring every day more into your life and that of the universe.

Your decision may not seem simple and straightforward. This decision is to consider whether to remain committed to your ongoing evolution or whether to sit with the space that you are in. We ask that you may release any presumption that you have already found what you are looking for and to reach even higher and broader and more limitlessly than ever before.

You are an amazing being and you have limitless capacity for expansion so please do not stop when you feel that you have learnt enough – you will always find more to learn and more ways to grow and with each of those ways you are shifting the fabric of the universe.

You will find a way forward through your current experiences – there is no future that is known you must follow your guidance and your instinct and allow your light to shine so brightly, through all that it is you are and this will be the best path for you to follow. 

Know that you have all it takes to drift and grow into the limitless light.  See it and allow it to spread as far as it can.  Set your sights higher!  You have already learnt what it is to cap yourself now let it go free – higher, more, greater, bigger, brighter, lighter, grow and be all you can be and more!

Choose your own adventure

Visualise yourself in a movie theatre. You are watching an absolutely fantastic movie. It is intriguing and exciting; complete with drama, suspense and romance. You are glued to the screen and totally engrossed in the characters and the story they are projecting.
Now think about your own life and imagine your life is the screenplay.
Could you accept that you are creating your own reality, just as a producer directs a screen play?
It may be difficult to see life as a play especially when everything around us seems so real, tangible and solid. In effect reality is just a word. It is a place where we have parked our physical bodies. It is a place where we experience human emotions so that we may learn, grow and evolve. What if this is not real? What if you had a tiny glimpse that real is a projection of your mind and just like the movie theatre described above you are playing out the parts of each of the actors.
If you can envisage your life as a play (or even if you cannot) you may like to consider which character you are today? Are you the worker, the child, the adult, the cleaner or the cook? Are you the dramatist, the injured patient, the divorcee, the grief stricken aunt or somebody else? Who are you today?   
In your chosen reality you can believe in what you want to believe in, you can project what you want to project and you can understand, grow and evolve in whichever way you choose. You can consciously create exactly what you want so that you are neither part of the whole nor an individual subject to the external events around you. You are the director and you choose whichever part you wish to join and those you wish to opt out of. This is your reality so go ahead and choose your own adventure; write your screen play in any way you wish.
MEDITATION
the blank screen
     Sit down in your living room, switch off the television and dim the lights. Take a moment to breathe, relax and let go of the day and anything that may be impacting your life. Start by staring at the blank television screen in front of you and as you relax allow yourself to acknowledge you have the opportunity to create any reality you wish. As thoughts come into your mind include the parts you want and discard those that you don’t. You are the writer, the producer and the actor so choose whatever you wish for your blank screen today. This is your play and just as there are different movies you can choose so too there are multiple realities you can live depending on the screen you decide to watch. 

 
EXERCISE
  1. Next time you watch a good movie feel how your body responds to the characters. 
  2. Sit quietly and think about your life as if you were an actor in a play and you were directing all the other actors around you.
  3. Now turn on the television (or movie screen in your mind) and tune it to a blank screen.  Start by visualising the reality you wish to create. Do not be limited by what you think is real.  This is your play you can develop it into anything you wish. 
  4. Engage your mind in this reality, decide on the elements you wish to include. Are there some you would like to keep and others that can pass you by? 
  5. This is your play. You can do what you want. You are not subject to the events around you, you are the director. 
  6.  Go ahead, choose your own adventure and remember, as the observer nothing is as real as it seems.

You are what you eat

Right now we are reaching a vibrational awareness where our understanding of food will change. As our bodies change, food will change. It is no longer what you eat but how you eat. 
This is not a health kick or an organic push, nor another diet or fad this is something very different. This is the new way of looking at and appreciating food. Last month’s blog (Wish for what you want) stated that time is speeding up which means our bodies will crave foods that respond to a faster energetic system. You will want to gather speed with the way you eat, not by eating faster but by understanding energetic consumption.
There are no rules with energetic consumption. Sometimes you will need to eat less and then to eat more. You may be attracted to foods by colour and texture rather than taste. You may even be attracted to foods by sound. By becoming consciously aware of what you are eating you will start to hear, see and feel the energy of the food you desire. It does not matter what you eat as long as you want to eat it. It is time to throw out the schedules and look again at how your body consumes fuel (i.e. energy).
EXERCISE
Energetic consumption
1. Think about what you are eating right now and how you are eating this.

2. Consider the energy or vibrational content of each item of food you are consuming.

3. Remove preconceived ideas. Do not get caught up in what you think is healthy or unhealthy as the vibrational content of food may be higher than you think.

4. Take the piece of food (or think about the food you would like to consume if you do not physically have this in front of you) then feel the energetic connection with this food. Is it vibrating physically and energetically within you? Locate the place where this is vibrating and identify how it feels for you. Become aware of the energy of the food (or drink) you are about to consume and discover how it connects with your body. Some things will have low energetic connections while others will have whole body connections. Anything that does not have an energetic link you may choose not to consume. Experiment with different types of food and remember, try to break down your eating patterns, try to escape from your current beliefs and allow energetic eating to take place.


5. You do not need to charge up your foods, you do not need to worry about ‘junk food’ vs healthy food, you just need to consider the energetic content of what you are eating and if it is vibrationally matched or ‘feels’ right consume this.


6. When you are practiced you will also be able to consume food energetically rather than physically. For example, if you feel hunger (which may be a belief rather than a physical reality) you can consider the food you are attracted to and energetically consume it without actually eating it.


7. The vibrational content of food is a complex thing, which is why it is not possible to judge the value of food by what you currently understand it as. For example you are craving a mass produced chocolate biscuit. You may think it holds no food value however this biscuit is vibrating with an element of your physical (or energetic) body. This vibration may be coming from the colour of the packaging, the sound of the food as it is made on the factory press, the person pouring the ingredients, the smell as it is placed in machines or, the feeling of joy you get from consuming this piece of energetic vibration. 

8. The vibrational elements of food are unique to each item and to each individual. The key is to let go of preconceptions and allow your body to feel, experience and know what is right for it to consume energetically and physically at this point in time.


8. Energetic consumption might sound complicated but it is just another tool to break down your current perceived reality and introduce new parameters to live within.

Wish for what you want

Things will change very quickly this year. As time speeds up and you trust yourself more, you will learn that your thoughts will become projections of your reality quicker than ever before. The universe responds to every single thought you have so be conscious that as a thought presents itself in your mind this will manifest into your reality.
It is no longer ‘watch what you wish for’, but wish for what you want...every minute of every day. Wish for what you want and watch how fast this will come your way. As the translation between thought and reality is occuring so much quicker you need to work with this in its most positive form. The universe will respond to every single thought so if you feel doubt then your reality will shift with you. Trust yourself and adjust your thoughts so that your reality is exactly what you want. As you learn to be present the moment you think about something you are bringing it forward into your reality.
BECOME DEFINITIVE
Define your thoughts so they can translate into a clear precise reality. As soon as you have doubts or try to plan how something is going to happen you split your reality into all the variables you may be considering so that it is confused and fragmented.  Be clear and precise with each and every thought and this will come back to you as reality.
EXERCISE
Wish for what you want
  1. Be aware of your thoughts.
  2. Think carefully about what it is you want.
  3. Become conscious of subtle differences and changes in your thoughts as this will shift your reality.
  4. Trust in yourself to know that if you let go of your fears and worries you will be doing exactly what is right for you, your path, for the world and the universe.
And finally, be grateful. When your new reality manifests remember to be grateful for each and every subtle change that occurs.


An aside: Food is relevant. This is the fuel for your body and helps with the physical manifestation of your reality. As time speeds up your body (mind and emotion) does not have time to catch up to the lag if you put slow foods in it. You need to find the right foods which give you energy to move through shifts in reality and awareness at the rapid rate that they will be occurring.  More on this in the next blog at the end of February.

looking for quiet time?

As Light as a Feather

There is a place where we are and it is inside as much as it is outside and it is within and it is without and it is yours and it is mine. In this place you will relieve yourself of burdens of the past and you will feel freedom from the future. In this place there is light and limitless understanding with freedom to be who you are, all of the time, without fear or prejudice. This place exists and if you look into the stars you will feel it there but you could also look into your heart and it is there too.

Release yourself from some of your human beliefs and burdens and you will feel lighter.  You will feel more relaxed and less concerned by the things that are going on around and within you.  Relax, trust.  Give yourself the pleasure of being and the pleasure of enjoying.
Let go of the thoughts.  Let your mind be empty and free and relaxed once again. Feel the quiet of your mind and the quiet of your soul.  As though it is a feather, when it is weighted down with all  those thoughts there is no way it can fly but when it is free of thought then you will be able to lift yourself and rise above whatever is going on around you. Allow your mind to be free and your body will rest easy as your soul lifts to soar and fly.
All those busy thoughts are not necessary, they just burden your body with heaviness which earths you into physical reality and stops you from lifting higher. They keep you deeply on the physical plane and create a space where you will be subject to illness, stress, fear, worry, concern, anger and all these emotions that constantly bombard your physical form.  Lift out of these thoughts and you will feel lighter in body and in mind. This is the key to finding the feather of light that is you.
EXERCISE
Light as a feather

1.       Write a list of things you are thinking about at this point in time. Put them down on paper quickly and automatically. Do not read them, do not think about them just let them flow out of your mind as a stream of consciousness.

2.       As each word hits the paper allow a lightness to drift into your mind.
3.       With each of these thoughts feel the lightness of a feather. As you put down each and every thought this feather becomes lighter and starts to fly again, lifting itself out of the physical and into freedom of flight.
4.       Now go and rest; without thought, without burden and without energy attached to the many things held in your mind.  Feel your body and soul shift as the feather soars ever higher into the evening sky.  Drift lightly and peacefully with the feather into a world of sleep.
